PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic organic photoreceptor and an image formation device that can obtain a halftone image of a high image quality with an occurence of a cutting blade or wood grain interference fringe suppressed, while humidity dependency of sensitivity is suppressed to a small level and an occurence of a zone-shape image defect is suppressed.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic organic photoreceptor according to the present invention includes an electric charge generation layer that contains an electric charge generation substance made of a 2,3-butanediol adduct titanyl phthalocyanine and a non-added titanyl phthalocyanine, in which a ratio (R700/R780) of reflectance (R700) in a wavelength 700 nm of a measured reflection spectrum and reflectance (R780) in a wavelength 780 nm thereof in a state where the electric charge generation layer is laminated on an aluminum-made support body is 0.8 to 1.3, and a conductive support body has surface roughness Rz that is more than 0.5 μm and less than 1.3 μm, and surface roughness Ra(S80) that is less than 0.07 μm. |
