<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip attachment structure of a writing utensil simply structured and easy to assemble which enables the secure attachment of the clip onto the shaft tube in a rotatable manner. <P>SOLUTION: The clip attachment structure includes a clip, a shaft tube, and a torsion coil spring. The clip includes: engaging holes formed respectively on the rear end sides of a pair of the folded piece formed by both side ends in the axis line direction of the clip body folded inward; arc-like notches of the curvature radius equivalent to that of the engaging holes or somewhat larger curvature radius and inward-facing slopes including the arc-like notches respectively formed on the end faces of the folded piece positioned right above the engaging holes; inward-facing first and second walls orthogonal to the folded piece formed on the rear end sides of the clip body. The rotating spindles are provided in an outward extending manner respectively on the pair of the attachment walls provided in a standing manner in the axis line direction on the rear end sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
