发明名称 MICROSTIRLING ENGINE EMPLOYING MAGNETIC FLUID SEAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the consumption of energy through eliminating the generation of frictional resistance and subminiaturize the above engine by a method wherein a slide part between the cylinder of a microstirling engine and a piston is held in an airtight state through magnetic fluid seal. CONSTITUTION:A microstirling engine comprises an output part 11 to output a power to the outside and a drive to drive the output part 11. The output part 11 comprises a cylinder 21 and a piston 20 and the force of high pressure fluid from the driven part is exerted to generate a power. In this case, the cylinder 21 is formed of a ferromagnetic substance and meanwhile, the piston 20 is formed such that a plurality of annular pole pieces 25 of a ferromagnetic substance and permanent magnets 23 are securely engaged in an inserted state with an outer periphery. An annular permanent magnet 23 is axially magnetized and engaged in an inserted state such that the same polarities are positioned facing each other. The tip part of a pole piece 25 is formed a pointed annular protrusion part 25a and a space between the protrusion part 25a and the inner face of the cylinder 21 is filled with magnetic fluid 24 to produce a seal effect.
