<p>A touch panel and a display device for equipping the touch panel are provided to enable an outside light blocking sheet to comprise plural pattern units that absorb outside light by being formed on a base unit, thereby maximally absorbing and blocking light incident from the outside. A lower electrode sheet(120) opposes an upper electrode sheet(130). An outside light blocking sheet(110) is disposed in at least one of an upper side of an upper electrode sheet and a lower side of the lower electrode sheet. The outside light blocking sheet comprises a base unit and plural pattern units(112) for absorbing outside light by being formed on the base unit.
