Furthermore, the third supporting structures 16L and 16R are locked with the second supporting structures 15L and 15R, and are shifted in the direction orthogonal to both sides, and also are fixed to the mobile supporting member 11. Accordingly, the supporting shaft member 12, to which the holding member 13 is attached, can shift in three directions to the mobile member 11, and even the bumper is dislocated to the car body, it is automatically amended.</p>
