<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of appropriately switching the direction of a camera to a plurality of preset directions. <P>SOLUTION: A camera control utility 151 monitors via an operating system (OS) 150 whether or not an application program to be monitored is in an active state.
