PURPOSE:To carry out an emergency operation even in the case of being unable to operate an emergency button by carrying out emergency information at the time when a signal of a signal detection means is not detected by providing a responder to receive an electric wave of a transmission means, convert it to electric energy and transmit the signal by its electric force and detecting the signal from the responder by a receiving means. CONSTITUTION:A transceiver 13 is constituted of a microcomputer 14, a transmitter 15, a receiver 16 and a transmission reception switching circuit 17. The transmitter 15 receives an ID code signal from a responder 11 from an antenna 12 when a signal from the microcomputer 14 is input (the transmission reception switching circuit is in a transmission state), outputs it to the microcomputer 14 and dispatches an alarm by an alarm device 18. Additionally, when an engine stop commanding signal is input from the microcomputer 14, an engine stop device 19 stops supply of fuel. In the meantime, an information commanding signal is output to a wireless device 21, and an emergency is informed to a base station controlling a vehicle. |
