PURPOSE:To provide an edible material-heating mechanism capable of forming a baked layer on the surface layer of an edible material, heating the edible material till its the central part at a faster raising rate than the one by the conventional mechanisms and rapidly carrying out the following treatment. CONSTITUTION:This edible material heating mechanism is provided with at least a pair of upper and lower heating plates 2 and an edible material tray 12 to be put on the lower heating plate 2 between a pair of heating plates 2, and the edible material tray 12 is constituted so that the edible material is housed so as to keep the side forming a baked layer as the upper side and the edible material is heated in a state pressed between the edible material tray 12 and the upper heating plate 2. |
