<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of stably obtaining a high power output. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell 1 including a membrane-electrode assembly 12 having an electrolyte membrane sandwiched between an anode 7 and a cathode 10, a fuel storage section 4 for storing a fuel, and a fuel supply mechanism 3 for supplying the fuel stored in the fuel storage section to the anode of the membrane-electrode assembly, the membrane-electrode assembly 12 has a degassing hole 17 for discharging a gas component generated at an anode side to the cathode, and a pipe-shaped partition 26 for partitioning at least one of the anode and the cathode and the degassing hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
