PURPOSE: To enable a user to easily adjust the angle of bindings of shoes and to easily change a gliding state to a state suitable at the time of walking and skating. CONSTITUTION: This shoes fixing device has a fixing member 10 which is fixed to the board of a snowboard, a turning member 20 which is mounted at this fixed fixing member 10 so as to be made turnable within a plane relative to the fixing member 10 and not to be detached from the fixing member 10 and has the binder for fixing the shoes, plural recessed parts 18 which are disposed apart prescribed intervals circumferentially at the fixing member 10 and a locking arm 36 which is detained to at least one of the plural recessed parts 18 and is detained to the fixing member 10 from the fixing member 10 to the turning member 20 in such a manner that the turning member 20 is fixed to the fixing member 10 at a prescribed turning angle.
