DRY TRANSFORMER

A dry transformer, the coil of which can be cooled efficiently and which can improve the workability on manufacturing the molded coil and assembling the transformer. The transformer is provided with the coil, an iron core inserted into the coil, upper and lower fasteners which hold the iron core in between, and a plate which is provided between the upper and lower fasteners to connect the fasteners to each other. The plate is formed in a platy shape, arranged along the inner periphery of the coil, and provided with a junction protruding from both ends of the coil. The coil and the plate are integrally arranged to each other and the junction of the plate is fixed to the fasteners. The coil of the dry transformer can be cooled efficiently and the workability on manufacturing the molded coil and on assembling the transformer can be obtained.
