Compounds which have potent cytostatic activity and also excellent specificity for tumor cells and are represented by general formula (I), wherein one of R<2> and R<3> represents methyloxy and the other represents a substituted alkyloxy or an optionally subsituted amino, optically active isomers thereof, pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, or hydrates thereof.
