摘要

The method involves printing a film (21) having optical coupling patterns by a screen printing or heliography method. The printed film is overmolded to form a screen on a base of the film having the optical coupling patterns, with a help of a material adhering to the printed film, where the screen has a thickness of 2-8 millimeter. The printed film is thermoformed before overmolding of the printed film, where a thickness of the printed film is between 250-1000 micrometer.
