A system package using a flexible optoelectric wire and a signal processing method of the same are provided to transmit signals at a high speed by connecting electrically and optically rigid substrates including optoelectric wires within flexible substrates. A system package using a flexible optoelectric wire includes a plurality of rigid substrates(300), a plurality of soft substrates(210), and a plurality of optoelectric wires. A plurality of integrated circuit elements(110,120,130,140) are mounted in the rigid substrates. The soft substrates are used for connecting the rigid substrates with each other. The optoelectric wires are included in the rigid substrates and the soft substrates. The rigid substrates are laminated in a vertical direction. The integrated circuit includes an optical integrated circuit having an optical source and an optical detector, a digital integrated circuit, an analog integrated circuit, and a high frequency integrated circuit. |
