<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording, the ink excellent in ejection stability and printing quality, preventing a compound derived from a rubber member or the like in an inkjet recording apparatus from being eluted into the ink, and excellent in toughness of a recording material. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording includes a dye that is a specific monoazo compound having an amino group; water; dipropylene glycol propyl ether (DPP); and a surfactant that is a specific ethylene oxide adduct of acetylene glycol. The dye, DPP and the surfactant are blended so as to satisfy the conditions expressed by (A): 0.5≤x≤2.5 and (B): 1≤y≤3, wherein x represents a blending amount of the surfactant relative to the total amount of the ink (wt%) and y represents a blending amount of DPP relative to the total amount of the ink (wt%). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
