PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a housing in the case of preparing compression elements of different performance, and facilitate finishing process. SOLUTION: A housing 1 is attached and fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a closed vessel 11. A scroll 2 is fixed to to the housing 1 by means of a bolt, etc. A movable scroll 3 having spiral teeth 3a to be meshed with spiral teeth 2a of the fixed scroll 2 is rotatably supported. A fastening part 2b of the fixed scroll 2 in respect to the housing 1 is dislocated from the spiral teeth 2a to the side of a mirror plate 2c by a measurementδ.
