PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and intuitively measure waveform without generating a fault of productivity which prevents utilization of automatic measuring function in a wide range, by outputting a graphic control element onto a GUI so that the measuring operation related to a waveform to be selected for display is called by selecting a control element. SOLUTION: In a measurement call-out system 118, a graphic control element is selected for supply onto a graphical user interface (GUI) 116 so that the measuring operation is called onto a selected display waveform. The measurement call-out system 118 automatically carries out when a waveform, which is displayed in a waveform display area 302 of the released GUI 116, is graphically related by a user. The measurement call-out system 118 includes a measurement tool bar manager 202, which is formed of one or plural measurement icon displayed on the GUI 116. A waveform discriminating unit 204 graphically relates the measurement icon, which is selected by the user, to a source waveform so as to decide a point of measurement call-out on the source waveform.
