PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for weaving a body towel that can provide a kaleidoscopic pattern characteristic of not conventional products with uniform color patterns but handmade products with random color patterns and to provide the body towel at low cost through mass-production. SOLUTION: A cylindrically-woven fabric 1 is obtained by crimping nylon yarn or the like and is dyed unevenly using cage-dyeing or tie-dyeing means in one or more colors. The crimped yarn 2 is disentangled from the dyed cylindrically-woven fabric 1 and is used as a weft which is woven with a waft. Undyed portions 1A and dark-colored portions 1a, light-colored portions 1b, and gradated portions 1c serving as dyed portions 1B, resulting from uneven dyeing of the cylindrically-woven fabric 1, are scattered to mass-produce a body towel with a pattern that looks as if handmade having subtle variations that make it look blurred.
