PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic applicator capable of applying cosmetic to the face without staining the hand with cosmetic and efficiently drying a washed sponge puff without taking time. SOLUTION: Because a handle 5 is mounted on a sponge puff 2, cosmetic can be applied to the face by the sponge puff 2 by holding the handle 5 in the hand. Therefore, cosmetic left on the sponge puff 2 is not stuck to the hand and after sponge puff 2 is washed to drop cosmetic left on the sponge puff 2, the sponge puff 2 can be stood in a state that the sponge puff 2 is floated from a table by using the handle 5.
