PURPOSE: To provide a hot and cold ionization and purification system, which is able to discharge functional water such as purified water, hot water, mixed water, cold water and ionized water through one water outlet pipe by rotating one lever valve to a position of the lever valve corresponding to the desired functional water. CONSTITUTION: The system (100) comprises a filter part (110) that filters and purifies flown-in water, a water storage tank (120) that stores the purified water from the filter part, an electrolytic cell (130) that electrolyzes the purified water flown in from the water storage tank to generate an acidic water for washing and an alkaline ionized water for drinking, an acidic water storage tank (140) that stores the acidic water generated from the electrolytic cell, an alkaline water storage tank (160) that stores the alkaline ionized water, a hot water tank (180) that heats the alkaline ionized water and stores it, a cold water tank (190) that cools the alkaline ionized water and stores it, a lever valve (192) that has a plurality of water inlet pipes and one water outlet pipe and a potentiometer (195) that detects a position of the lever valve and outputs the result.
