PURPOSE: Provided is a functional cosmetic including ozone-oxidized oil as an active ingredient. The cosmetic has sterilization, slimming and moisturizing effects on the skin. CONSTITUTION: The functional cosmetic is characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, 1.0-20.0 wt.%, preferably 1.0-10.0 wt.% of ozone-oxidized oil obtained by injecting 0.1-30 wt.% of ozone to natural plant oil and reacting them.
