PURPOSE: To provide a spraying apparatus of rolling mill lubricant and air in skin-pass rolling process, wherein the apparatus minimizes waste of rolling mill lubricant and suppresses waste of energy according to air supply by controlling oil pressure injection part and air ejection part, thereby spraying rolling mill lubricant and air correspondingly to width of rolled strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a rolling mill lubricant injection part(100) comprising a pair of hydraulic main pipe(120) and an air serve pipe(130) vertically correspondingly installed at the entrance side of a rolling roll with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, a plurality of hydraulic nozzles(200) connected to the pipes(120,130) to selectively inject rolling mill lubricant by supply of air, and a rolling mill lubricant supply source(460) from which rolling mill lubricant oil is consistently supplied to one side of the hydraulic main pipe; an air ejection part(300) comprising air main pipes vertically correspondingly installed at the exit side of the rolling roll with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, air nozzles on which a plurality of ejection holes are formed, and which are sequentially installed in such a way that they are communicated with each other, and a medium width pipe(330) and a wide width pipe(320) which are communicated with each other in one side and the other side divided spaces by dividing a remained inner circumferential space between the air main pipes and the narrow width pipes by a partition wall after inserting narrow width pipes(340) into the air main pipes through the inner circumference of both sides of the air main pipes; and a control part(400) comprising a narrow width line(430), a medium width line(420) and a wide width line(410) respectively connected to the rolling mill lubricant injection part and air ejection part sides and controlled by solenoid valves(440,441,442) with being connected to an air supply source(450) to dividingly supply air supplied from the air supply source to the air ejection part and rolling mill lubricant injection part sides, wherein rolling mill lubricant and air are injected in the same width correspondingly to width of a rolled strip(10).
