LIGHT GUIDE BODY, LIGHTING DEVICE, LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A light guide body, a lighting device, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and an electronic device are provided to realize uniformity of brightness at a display area by adjusting brightness of a part close to a fluorescence pipe. A light guide body(1) at its side receives light of a linear light source. The light guide body disperses the light at a check pattern area formed on the back(1b) and thereby outputs the light from its surface. A flat area where a check pattern does not exist according to the linear light source is formed at an end part of the back. The check pattern area is formed at the inside of the flat area. A boundary line of the flat area and the check pattern area has a wave shape, wherein the flat area is extended according to the linear light source.
