PRISM SHEET AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

A prism sheet and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same are provided to prevent the prism sheet from being transformed, thereby improving display quality. A base substrate has optical permeability. A light collection layer is prepared on the upper surface of the base substrate. A plurality of prism patterns that have predetermined pitches are arrayed on the light collection layer in parallel with each other. A diffusion layer is prepared on the lower surface of the base substrate. The diffusion layer is comprised of transparent resin and diffusing material so as to prevent the base substrate from being transformed.
