PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting of a seal between a first rotating member and a second rotating member by providing the first rotating member which is hollow and has one-piece structure for supporting the second rotating member, and to reduce the cost of parts, the machining cost, the inspection cost and the work cost. SOLUTION: This power transmission device includes: the first hollow rotating member 3; the second rotating member 7 supported by a support part 5 formed on the inner peripheral side of the first rotating member 3 and having the end part to which a coupling joint is connected; and the seal 9 disposed between the first rotating member 3 and the second rotating member 7, wherein an annular member 15 supporting the second rotating member 7 is pressed in the support part 5, and the support part 5 has a larger diameter than the fitting part 11 of the seal 9.
