PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover capable of eliminating complex design and having a plurality of functional elements such as an oil filling connection and at least one oil separation device. SOLUTION: This cylinder head cover 10 consists of a bottom shell 11 and a top shell 12, and these shells are constituted of two segments. The first segment is integrally provided with the bottom shell 11, and the second segment is integrally provided with the top shell 12. The two shells are interconnected by a seal portion 14. The oil separation devices are provided on the bottom shell 11 and on the top shell 12. A cyclone for separating the oil has a pot-shaped container 16 and a protruding pipe 15, the pot-shaped container 16 is provided on the bottom shell 11, and the protruding pipe 15 is provided on the top shell 12.
