<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore electronic equipment to a normal operation without causing hang-up even if the conductive states of a power source to a plurality of CPUs existing in electronic equipment are different when the momentary interruption occurs in the main power source to the electronic equipment configured of a plurality of control parts respectively equipped with a CPU. <P>SOLUTION: When the momentary interruption occurs in a main power source, the power source of a controller board is completely turned off, and the power source of an engine board is kept on. In such a state, when the re-initialization of the CPU of the controller board is completed, an interrupt signal generation circuit outputs an interrupt signal to the CPU of both an engine board and a controller board. Thus, the CPU of both the engine board and the controller board enter interrupt processing, so that the communication between the CPU boards can be initialized.
