<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter capable of easily restoring a defective part of the color filter with a simple constitution, and to provide a restoration device, a restoration method, fabrication equipment and a fabrication method of an electrooptical apparatus provided with the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The restoration device 100 for restoring the color filter 200 constituted by arraying colored layers 20 on a transparent substrate 12 in a predetermined pattern is provided with: a detection part 8 of detecting the defective part 20a of the colored layer 20; and a discharge part of discharging black material for the detected defective part 20a by using an inkjet head 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
