<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device operated based on program data, in which operation of a control circuit can be changed by independently rewriting data in a program memory contained in LSI by an easy and inexpensive method. <P>SOLUTION: The control device comprises a ROM, a SRAM, a means for writing data to the SRAM, a selection means selecting an output of the ROM or SARM according to an address supplied to the ROM and the SRAM, and a control means for outputting the address to the ROM and the SRAM to operate the output of the selection means as program data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
