SOLUTION: The compact container 1 has an upper lid 2 including a label 10 and a base 2a formed under the label 10 by insert molding via an adhesive layer Ad to compose the outline of the upper lid 2. The label 10 is of a four-layer structure consisting of a film layer 11 made of a transparent or translucent PET resin, a decorative layer 12 which appears as a three-dimentional decoration D visible through the film layer 11, a photoluminescence decoration layer 13 which covers the back face 11f of the film layer 11 to be seen through the film layer 11 as the background of the decoration D, and a protective layer 14 covering the back face of the photoluminescence decoration layer 13.
