摘要 <p>A radio communication system performs communication by using directivity beams formed in a plurality of directions and includes a first radio terminal station (1) and a second radio terminal station (2). The first radio terminal station (1) transmits beam transmission direction identification information in all the directions in which transmission is enabled over a period specified by a radio base station (0). The second radio terminal station (2) receives the transmission direction identification information transmitted from the first radio terminal station (1) in all the reception directions over the period specified by the radio base station (0), combines the reception direction identification information upon reception of the transmission direction identification information with the transmission direction identification information so as to specify directivity direction combination information, and transmits the directivity direction combination information to the first radio terminal station (1). The first radio terminal station (1) and the second radio terminal station (2) perform direct communication by forming a directivity beam in the direction indicated by the directivity direction combination information.</p>
