The distractor (10) comprises two levers (20, 30) that are linked to each other proximate to first ends (21, 31) thereof, and an adjusting screw (40) acting between second ends (26, 36) of the levers, opposite to the first ends, in order to spread out the levers. The first ends (21, 31) of the levers are tapered. The first end (21) of one (20) of the two levers substantially has the shape of a T-like head, with a connecting portion (22) being transversally narrower and an end part (23) being transversally wider. The first end of the other lever (30) is bifurcated such as to form two end branches (32, 33) that are transversally spaced away from each other by a middle recess (34) which accommodates the connecting portion (22) of the lever (20) with some clearance. The levers are not associated with any further transversal pin suitable to provide the linked coupling. |
