ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICES

An organic light emitting device is provided to improve lifetime and efficiency by introducing a complex blue light emitting structure and to prevent formation of unstable Alq3 cationic species, thereby improving stability and efficiency. An organic light emitting device comprises a substrate(01), an anode(02), a cathode(03), an organic electroluminescent medium arranged between the anode and cathode. The organic electroluminescent medium comprises at least one compound monochromatic luminescent layer consisting of a host A doped by a monochromatic dopant and a host B doped by a monochromatic dopant. The host A comprises a hole-transporting material at one side and an electron-transporting material at the other side.
