An article management support radio frequency identification system of an individual using an IP and a product management method thereof are provided to use the period of circulation and maintenance information of an article transferred to the individual article management server. Accordingly, the location of the article and the mobility of an article group are managed. An article management support radio frequency identification system of an individual using the IP(Internet Protocol) comprises an article PML(Physical Markup Language) server(50), a personal identification PML server(40), an object name service server(Object Naming Service Server)(70), a RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) middleware(20), and individual article management server (Personal Product Management Server)(30). If the article PML server receives the product information transfer request message, the article PML server changes the ownership of the applied articles into the individual and transmits the product information to the individual article management server. According to the product information transfer request from the RFID reader, the RFID middleware obtains the address of the article PML server and the personal identification PML server which are recorded in the article RFID tag and the personal identification RFID tag from the ONS server. The RFID middleware requests the address of the individual article management server to the personal identification PML server. The RFID middleware transmits a product information transfer request message to the article PML server. The individual article management server manages a registered RFID reader and registers and manages the product information transmitted from the article PML server.
