摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging method which can realize the high impact positional accuracy of liquid droplet, a manufacturing method of an organic EL element using this method and a color filter manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid discharging method comprises (1) a nozzle grouping process which divides a plurality of nozzles into a plurality of nozzle groups, each with a varying liquid droplet impact positional accuracy, and (2) a discharging process which performs a subscan which relatively moves the nozzles in the subscan direction after correcting the impact position of the liquid droplet, based on correction information for correcting the impact position per nozzle group and a main scan which selects at least, one nozzle of one nozzle group as the unit, and makes such each nozzle discharge the liquid droplet. In the nozzle grouping process, given that the liquid droplet impact positions of the nozzles, represent frequency distribution, this is divided to the specified limits and the nozzles corresponding to the divided limits are regarded as belonging to one nozzle group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
