<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission timing control system and node device capable of achieving P2P by performing band guarantee in simple configurations of an encoder and a decoder. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system of the present invention adopts a code division multiplexing scheme and performs peer-to-peer data communication over a network having a shared line, wherein one node device comprises a transmission control means for performing broadcast transmission by spreading connection request information to a node device of a communication partner using a broadcast code, and another node device comprises: a broadcast restoration means for restoring the connection request information using a broadcast code; a connection request judging means for judging from the restored connection request information whether or not the connection request is addressed to the node device itself; and a transmission control means in which the connection request information indicates the connection request addressed to the node device itself, connection response information is spread using a spreading code corresponding to a channel assigned thereto, and redirected to the one node device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
