<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge occupying less space in the image forming apparatus, with easy assembly and can be recycled in each material, and to provide an image forming apparatus which uses the toner cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The toner cartridge 1 is composed by having a supply box (toner supply chamber) 2 storing unused toner supplied to a developing device and a recovery box (toner recovery chamber) 4, attached to the supply box 2 via a partition wall 3 and recovering the waste toner. The partition wall 3 is constituted of a partition member 30 made of a synthetic resin and a sealing member 31, made of a thermal plastic elastomer having elasticity.
