<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve luminance efficiency and luminance uniformity by increasing light utilization efficiency by a simple structure, without having to position a light-emitting element with respect to a light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide plate 240 guides light from LEDs 230 mounted to one side surface 242. On the one side surface 242 of the light guide plate, a conductive film part 250, having a shading property, is mounted tightly to a part along with the LEDs 230 to cover it. The conductive film part 250 is used for forming wiring of the LEDs 230, and mounted to side surfaces, other than the one side surface on the whole circumference of the light guide plate 240.
