<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a baked rice ball, capable of easily producing the same in a home, restaurant, etc., and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This device for producing the baked rice ball is provided by equipping a rice ball-forming tool consisting of a male mold and female mold formed with semi-spherical recessed parts for forming a spherical hole by joining them with each other, and a baking stand B having a semi-spherical recessed part 30 for fitting-in the spherical rice ball formed by the male and female molds. The baked rice ball is produced by putting-in cooked rice (a) to the male mold recessed part, then joining the male and female molds to form the rice ball (a'), separating the male and female molds to take out the spherical rice ball (a'), applying oil for seasoning to the inner surface of the recessed part 30 of the baking stand B, fitting-in the rice ball (a') to the recessed part 30, and baking the surface of the rice ball (a') while rotating the rice ball (a') within the recessed part 30 by a pin 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
