PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological data management system or the like used in a company or a business facility where an unspecified large number of people are measured as subjects which can correlate a subject and his/her measurement data even when a receiver is used instead of a personal computer.

SOLUTION: In the biological data management system, a pedometer 10 sends to a receiver 40 measurement information MI including an ID of the pedometer 10 and measurement data of a subject. A biological data measurement apparatus 20 or the like measures biological data BD of a subject and sends the data to the receiver 40. A biological data management section 42 carries out management operations and correlates of an ID of the subject that corresponds to the ID of the pedometer 10 contained in the measurement information MI with the biological data BD and stores them in a database 50b. The ID of the pedometer 10 and the ID of the subject are associated with each other and are recorded in a database 50a of the receiver 40 in advance. The biological data management section 42 acquires the ID of the subject associated with the ID of the pedometer 10 contained in the transmitted measurement information MI by searching the database 50a.
