<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new content distribution system which can provide a user with a simple content selecting/operating means, and can provide a mechanism for enabling even a seller in a storefront to obtain sales cooperation. <P>SOLUTION: The content distribution system 100 is provided with a viewer managing device 1, an information processor 2, a portable information apparatus 3 and a content managing device 4, and a merchandise information recording medium 6 for recording information specifying a digital content and merchandise related information M including a use contract condition of the digital content, wherein the portable information apparatus 3 collects viewer identification information L outputted by the information processor 2 and the merchandise related information M recorded in the merchandise information recording medium 6 and transmits them to the viewer managing device 1, and the viewer managing device 1 extracts the digital content specified by the received merchandise related information M from the content managing device 4, and distributes the digital content and the use contract condition to the information processor 2 specified by the viewer identification information L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
