<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money system capable of preventing the unauthorized transfer of electronic money between mobile wallets. <P>SOLUTION: The information of transaction content including an unique identification number (the telephone number of a portable telephone) received from the other party of transaction is stored in an EEPROM 19 installed in an IC chip 13A. Also, when the authorized unique identification number is not received from the other party, the transaction itself is stopped.
