BAND CLAMP, WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band clamp that properly fixes a corrugated tube and a wiring harness, and prevents the deformation of the corrugated tube caused by excessive fastening.

SOLUTION: The band clamp 1 includes: a bundling band 16; an anchor 11 for fixing the bundling band 16 to a vehicle body panel; and a cover 14 which covers at least part of the external peripheral surface of the wiring harness 3. The bundling band 16 includes a band part 12 and a band lock part 13 which locks the band part 12. The cover 14 is located inside a loop when the band part 12 is inserted into the band lock part 13 and the loop is formed.
