摘要 The invention relates to the technology of growth of monocrystals. A scintillation material based on caesium iodide, activated with thallium iodide, contains additional volatile impurities as nitride and oxide of caesium in the accordingly ratio of components. A method for obtaining of crystal material based on caesium iodide, activated with thallium iodide, comprises the melting of mix of starting components by introduction of impurity in smelt of caesium iodide, which thallium iodide is activated, and additional doping impurity with subsequent crystallization of smelt by withdrawal on inoculant with addition feeding with molten raw material. Caesium nitrate is introduced into smelt in the feeder as doping impurity in amount of 0.0005-0.002 w/w and kept during 12-24 hours. The use of the invention allows to decrease afterglow lever in scintillation material in millisecond range, at maintenance of its spectrometer characteristics and radiating resistance.
