<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling clearance securing system in the case of an earthquake which secures the favorable appearance of a ceiling surface, and quickly copes with a large earthquake in order to secure a clearance. <P>SOLUTION: The ceiling clearance securing system 1 in the case of an earthquake is formed of: a terminal 2 of an emergency earthquake flash report for receiving earthquake information from the Meteorological Agency; a control device 3 electrically connected to the terminal; a drive unit 4 electrically connected to the control device; and a gap member 8 which is forced to recede from the ceiling surface by the drive unit for securing the clearance 7 between a wall 6 and the gap member itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
