A rodless air cylinder of servo-drive that has body with square cross section with long cut and covers, assembled rod with lead, trolley with guides, throttles, and damping and sealing elements. To decrease large overall dimension parameters of the device, to increase accuracy of positioning and to improve dynamical characteristics in heads of assembled piston central through openings with concentric recesses are provided, there circular sealing sleeves are installed, and circular permanent magnet of magnetostriction displacement transducer, this is fixed in central threaded opening of one of covers, its rod waveguide has round cross section, goes through sealing sleeves and circular magnet, and its outer end is placed in dead central opening on the inner side of the second cover. |
