PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super water-repellent surface structure capable of exhibiting super water-repellency using a general-purpose material by a simple production process.SOLUTION: The super water-repellent surface structure is provided that includes an island-like primary unevenness formed of first fluorine-based resin particles on the surface of a base material, and secondary unevenness which is formed of second fluorine-based resin particles having a smaller average particle size than that of the first fluorine-based resin particles and which overlaps the primary unevenness, and that contains a fluorine-based additive and contains no Si atom or no compound containing the Si atom. A method for producing the super water-repellent surface structure and an article having the same thereon are also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
