PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of simply manufacturing a gasket in which a rubber layer with an even thickness is formed on the surface of a metal plate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gasket includes: a step 1 of immersing a metal plate into rubber liquid; a second step 2 of approaching two rods provided above a rubber liquid tank which is filled with rubber liquid, and making the interval between the rods into a predetermined interval wider than the thickness of the meal plate; a step 3 of making the surface of a rubber liquid layer even by the rods while pulling up the metal plate immersed into the rubber liquid through the interval between the two rods, and then obtaining a rubber coat metal in which the rubber liquid layer is formed on the front and rear surfaces of the metal plate; a step 4 of drying the rubber liquid layer; and a step 5 of pressing the dried rubber coat metal into a predetermined shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
