The invention is characterized in that a cylindrical roller slider (162) which is driven by the shaft (118) rotates in the cavity (161) in the central region of the cylinder arrangement, and the temporary connection (173) between the cavity (161) and the expansion volume (142) is formed by at least one channel through the roller slider (162) or by a recess (173) on the outside of the roller slider, said channel or recess extending laterally from the casing (163) of the roller slider (162) at the height of the auxiliary outlet openings (152) in the cylinder to the cavity (161) in the central region of the cylinder arrangement.
