The inventive liquid pharmaceutical composition sprays comprise three primary components: (1) a decongestant, (2) an analgesic, and (3) a flavorant. Liquid pharmaceutical composition sprays of the invention alleviate discomfort caused by unpleasant and unpalatable orally and nasally administered analgesic and decongestant sprays.
